Hi, I'm Kaity! I'm currently pursuing a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine at Pacific College of Health and Science in New York. With over a decade of experience in public health, I've devoted my career to supporting individuals at the intersections of substance use, HIV, and LGBTQ+ health. I'm passionate about providing care that allows you to show up as your whole self and leaves you feeling valued and understood. I’d love to work together to support your health and well-being and help you feel your best.

My clinic hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings 5pm-9pm

Acupuncture looks at the body as a whole, so when you come in for acupuncture I’ll start with a thorough intake that includes your main concern and cover topics like sleep, digestion, emotions, and overall well-being. Then I'll check your pulse and tongue. Since this is a teaching clinic, another student may observe, but they can step out for any topics you prefer to discuss privately.

After the intake, I’ll discuss your case with a clinic supervisor, and create best treatment plan for you. This takes about 10 minutes—perfect for a bathroom break, checking your phone, and getting comfortable on the table. When I return I’ll go over the  plan, place the needles, and let you relax for 15-30 minutes, allowing your body’s energy to rebalance and flow with greater harmony.
